About the Role
Do you play games and always wonder "why isn't this event more engaging?", "that update felt off", or "I want to analyze why this game retains players but that one doesn't"? We'd love to have you!
Responsibilities
- Directly involved in managing the operation of online game titles
- Play and test games regularly
- Review updates for bugs and coordinate timely fixes
- Ideate and execute events — keep content fresh for players
- Monitor operational metrics to evaluate performance
- Analyze operational data and player behavior to improve strategy
- Engage with the gaming community via fanpages and groups
- Collaborate across teams to improve the overall game experience
Requirements
- Passion for games (any genre is fine, as long as it's not "option g")
- At least 1 year of experience in game operations or content
- Interest in trends: games, anime, manga, film...
- Logical thinker who enjoys working with data and analysis
- Experience testing games or reporting bugs is a strong plus
- Flexible, open-minded, collaborative but detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow long-term
