About the Role

Are you both a content creator and the soul of the gaming community? Join us to build the most vibrant gaming communities!

Build and own content strategy for each game across stages: teaser/hype, pre-reg, launch, live ops, and revival — including content pillars, tone, format, and posting frequency per platform & market
Produce and oversee social-first content: short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), posts, carousels, memes, community polls, and interaction formats optimized for platform algorithms
Write engaging content for social media posts, in-game event announcements, community updates, and marketing campaigns — adapting tone to fit SEA gamers
Build and maintain a multi-platform Editorial Calendar, collaborating with Marketing Planning, Digital UA, and LiveOps to align content with business goals
Analyze weekly content performance: identify effective formats, hooks, and topics. Quickly drop underperforming content, scale what works, and record insights into a shared playbook
Build community content plans, update product information per product team requests
Support customers across communities (Fanpage, Group, etc.)
Create minigames to engage the community around game events, execute community events
Collaborate with internal departments

Friendly, energetic, and easy to talk to
Mandatory: Love playing games — especially MMORPG, Card Battle, Sword & Sorcery genres
Deep understanding of gaming culture, creator ecosystem, and platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
Daily use of AI tools for content production/automation
Preference for female candidates with livestreaming ability
Preference for candidates with Photoshop and video editing skills
At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent role
